Welcome to
Are you a homeowner or a contractor?
After a house fire, the company you call decides what happens to everything you own. CRDN North Central Ohio comes at fire damage from a different place than most restoration companies. The network grew out of a drycleaner in metro Detroit, so saving what's inside your home is the whole job, not an add-on.
From our location on Copley Road in Akron, we clean smoke and soot from your belongings, take the smoke odor out, and keep an inventory of every item for your claim. Our claim specialists work directly with your adjuster the whole way.
Instead of a dumpster in the driveway and a long list of things to rebuy, you get most of your belongings back.
A fire touches far more than the room where it started. Fire damage restoration with CRDN covers the belongings inside your home, from clothing and linens to furniture and electronics, so you're working from one inventory and one claim instead of starting over from scratch.

Smoke leaves a film on everything it reaches and a smell that hangs on in closets and cushions long after the fire is out. Our smoke damage cleanup removes that residue and odor, using deodorizing methods matched to what burned, so your home and belongings stop smelling like the fire.

Wiping soot with a damp rag is the most common mistake after a fire, because it smears the residue deeper into walls, fabric, and finishes. Soot removal starts with lifting it off the surface the right way, so stains don't set in and smoke marks don't bleed back through later.
